Use Of IS AM ARE
Keep in mind that, Is am Are are always used as verb in the Sentences, that end on ہے،ہوں،ہیں.
These are Used as:
| IS | He, She, It, & Single Noun |
| AM | I |
| ARE | We, You, They, & Plural Noun |
- Always remember to use am when the subject is the first person pronoun I.
- Always remember to use are when the subject is a plural noun or a plural pronoun (e.g. we, you, they).
- Always remember to use is when the subject is a singular noun or a third person singular pronoun.
Use of Was Were
The past tenses of the verb to be are was and were. Because the verb be is an irregular verb that we use frequently, it’s all the more vital that we choose the suitable verb for our sentences.

- Always keep in mind that ‘Was’ is used in the third person singular (he, she, it), and first person singular.
- Always keep in mind that ‘Were’ is used in the first and third person plural (we, they), and second person singular and plural (you, your, yours).

Singular = I was, , He was, She was, It was, You were
